PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Associated Field Officer at
UNHCR Uganda- Kyaka Settlement from 2019-2021 to Overseeing field related activities connected with receiving Refugee/Asylum seekers from Democratic Republic of Congo. Supervised documentation process and integration in the community while working closely with Uganda Office of Prime Minister (OPM) representatives in the field. And coordinating the profiling of Persons with Special needs and linking them with Partners for relevant supports. Also worked as UNHCH Education Focal Point monitoring and coordinating education related activities in the settlement. To Ensuring the Home Learning Materials are proper planned and distributed during COVID-19 Pandemic. And Preparing school opening process adhering to Ministry of Health Standard Operation Procedure (COVID-19 SOP). Monitoring and evaluation of donor funds on Education programs for both UNHCR Implementing and Operation Partners to ensure proper use of funds as allocated in the budget as well as avoiding duplication of resources. And Reviewing monthly planned activities and relevant reports sharing on monthly bases for reference and records. Action plans were used during monitoring and physical verification in the field ensuring donated funds corresponds with work done/ value of money referring to agreed program cycle.
