Uwuringimana Esther (25) runs Esther’s Beauty Salon. Through the YIDA Entrepreneurship program, she learned to use the Business Model Canvas to better understand her customers and strengthen her business strategy. With training and startup supplies—including crochet tools, weaves, and shampoo—she expanded her services and made quality beauty care more affordable for her community. Inspired by her progress, Esther is encouraging other young entrepreneurs to join the program and gain the skills needed to build successful, lasting businesses.
