THE IMPACT

We glad to have come 53 children to 1026 children per year in our Kindergartens. Along these, 567 parents also have benefited as they are aided to give their children a remarkable upbringing while it also give them time to work on their own business while their children are away studying and growing.

In addition to these we have employed 32 young people to work as teachers and caregivers who not only benefit from earning a living from the service they provide, but also earning knowledge as they are given training by UNICEF and our partner Children on The Edge Africa (COTEA) for being part of our Early Childhood Development centers (Schools), this improves their teaching abilities and makes them more employable and helps them deliver a quality service. Along these we have 6 employees in the administration, 6 employees in the YFS, and 10 volunteers.

We have also managed to train 60 people in this year 2018 from whom 15 have started their small businesses with the aid of the knowledge acquired during the trainings, and over 10 small businesses owners received funding in terms of loans or small grants. The impact of the training and the financial services is not limited to the young people who have been trained or received funding, but also, it is about every job opportunity created each time these young people startups or grow their businesses, since young people employ young people, henceforth creating a ripple effect.
